The Mitzuma Premium Maple Wood Frame Pilates Reformer is designed to provide a smooth, controlled Pilates experience across a wide variety of full-body exercises. Its solid maple wood frame creates a stable base for training, while the padded sliding carriage supports comfortable and controlled movement throughout each exercise. A six-spring resistance system allows users to adjust the resistance according to the movement being performed and their preferred training intensity.

The adjustable rope and pulley system expands the range of upper-body and lower-body exercises, while padded shoulder supports and a supportive headrest help maintain a comfortable position during training.
