Compact Full-Body Trainer with Bi-Directional Resistance
Add variety to strength and conditioning workouts with the Revoflex Xtreme Abdominal Resistance Trainer. The compact system combines rolling hand and foot supports with elastic resistance tubes and a padded centre platform to create a wide selection of upper-body, lower-body and core exercises.
During forward movement, the resistance tubes stretch to increase the training intensity. As the user returns to the starting position, the stored tension is released gradually to provide a smooth and controlled movement. Exercise range and body position can be adjusted to create up to six progressive levels of difficulty.
The rolling supports can be used with the hands or feet, allowing the trainer to target the abdominal muscles, back, shoulders, arms, thighs and glutes. Its lightweight construction makes the equipment easy to position, transport and store between workouts.
